Early childhood Educator

Job Summary:

• Full-Time / Part-Time, 25 hours – 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday between 7:00 am – 5:30 pm)      
• Wage enhancement included      
• Permanent

Job Requirements:

·      Full ECE licence

·      Valid first-aid certificate

·      Minimum 6 months experience

·      Knowledge of Early Learning Framework and BC Code of Ethics

Job Duties:

·      Attend to the children’s physical and emotional needs ·      Develop age-appropriate daily activities

·      Communicate and maintain positive relations with     parents

·      Promote and foster cultural variety and differences ·      Report all incidents to supervisor

·      Follow active supervision strategies to help keep children safe
