About this event
Running a home childcare program is incredibly rewarding, but it can often feel like your personal
life and workspace are one and the same. This reflective and energizing session is designed to help
providers create clarity between “home” and “care.” Through guided reflection, practical tools, and
real-life strategies, participants will explore how to set healthy boundaries, manage their time
with intention, and build daily rhythms that support both their business and personal well-being.
The session encourages sustainable practices that reduce burnout and increase balance. Participants
will leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and empowered with strategies to protect their energy while
continuing to provide high-quality care for the children and families they serve.
