About this event
Stress has become a part of everyone’s life, from the very young to the very old, and everyone in
between. It can be a bit more challenging to identify stress in children. As child care providers,
however, it is important to increase our knowledge about stress in children. This workshop will
educate you on the topic of stress in children, including what it is, how it works, what it looks
like in children and how to effectively facilitate the management of stress in children. Join
Rishma, an Occupational Therapist and Educator, through an engaging and interactive session which
will result in an increase in your knowledge, as well as practical tips and strategies for you to implement for yourself and the children under your care.
